Objectives

  • The Trustees shall apply the net income of the Trust including voluntary contribution received by the trustees, which are in the nature of income (after payment of the rates, taxes, assessments and all other outgoings and costs/charges and expenses in respect of or connected with or relate to the Trust Estate and Income and Profits thereof for purposes of public charitable nature, without any discrimination as to cast, creed and religion in particulars and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Trustees shall be at liberty to apply the net income of the Trust for the following objects and purposes.

  • To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in case or kind to poor and/or destitute people, widows, etc. and/or implement any scheme for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor.

  • To provide and assist in educational activities and to set up medical and other educational institutions and/or dispensaries, clinics, O. P. Ds or primary health centre independently or in associate other similar institutions.

  • To give, provide and/or render food, medicine and other help and/or assistance to the poor deserving and needy people.

  • To give, provide and/or render monetary and/or other help and assistance for the relief of humans and animals affected by nature and other calamities such as flood, fire, famine, cyclone, earth-quake, storm, accident, pestilence, drought, epidemic, riots, war, public unrest, civil commotion, unbearable cost of living and like, to give donations, subscriptions or contributions to institutions, establishments, centers or people doing relief work on such occasions.

  • To open, fund, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and or maintain and/or running schools, colleges, lecture halls, teaching classes, training centres, vocational centres, guidance centres, management centres/schools and other establishment or institutions for advancement of education and of knowledge in arts, science, literature, humanities and all other useful subjects in all their manifesto and to establish and maintain centres for training of handicrafts, fine art and other useful arts & crafts are among the under privileged establishment and maintenance of shiplap-shikhalayas, kala kendras and other welfare centres for them.

  • To grant, pay or give scholarship, stipends, prizes, rewards, allowance and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students in pursuing their studies in schools, colleges, educational institutions, technical institutions, art schools, institutions teaching commercial and other arts including teaching of cultural arts or other training, research or educational work in India or abroad.

  • To open, fund, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, maintaining and / or running hospitals, charitable dispensaries, child welfare centres, sanatoriums, and other similar institutions or centres for rendering or providing medical relief and/or aid to the suffering humanities for research centres and institutions for promotion of research and education for medical science including surgery.

  • For pursuing any of the said objects, the trustees shall be entitled to utilise any part of the trust property for making any capital investment.

  • To establish, promote, set-up, run maintain, assist, financially support and/or aid or help in the setting up/or maintaining Medical and Educational Institutions and/or running Medical research Centre and render assistance in the field of medicine and/or related services to orphanages, lunatic asylums, poor people, old and infirm people and/or destitute.
